The 2015 Autism Summer Institute was a wonderful success. Many thanks to those who participated! Before the summer is over, we have another institute to offer! The Northwest Florida Summer Autism Institute presented by FSU CARD in conjunction with Santa Rosa County School District, Escambia County School District and Autism Pensacola will be held on August 3-5. Online Registration is now open.
This is a reminder to check out our newly revamped website. There you will find information, online learning opportunities, and a calendar with trainings and events. Be sure to check our monthly Girls Day Out activities, Parent groups, and support groups in your area still being offered during the summer months. FSU CARD Trainings. Learn More>>
We would also like to remind all parents of young CARD clients that documentation of diagnosis of ASD should be provided to us by age six. If your child is nearing age six or has recently turned six, please send documentation of your child’s diagnosis. This may include a formal assessment report or the cover page of your child’s IEP.
We hope that you are enjoying the summer months and look forward to hearing from you.
